The recent study published on watching television between the ages of one and three and the possible link to ADD/ADHD did not take many considerations into account. The author of the study even admits that he cannot conclude that television watching and ADD/ADHD are linked.

Ephreda as a substitute for Adderall

I have ADD and I quit taking adderal because I could not afford it. Now I take a caffien\ephedra mixture and that seems to help considerably. I also drink plenty of water while I am on it. What do you think about this? Thank you.

Ephreda is a natural stimulant.  There has been a great deal of controversary surrounding Ephreda.  There are some reports that indicate this stimulant has caused several deaths.  Part of the reason for this might be that this stimulant is not regulated as tightly as prescription medications. 

Although you may receive many of the same benefits from Ephreda, please be very careful with it’s use.  You should talk with a physician and be under the care of a physician in case there are any complications.  My wife wrote an article on this that you may be interested in:
